The Department of Agrarian Reform, Provincial Office at Dawis-San
Sebastian Streets, Bacolod City, invites interested Geodetic
Engineers/Contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the
hereunder projects covered by CARP in the province ofNegros Occidental.
Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon
payment of non-refundable fee of FOUR HUNDRED(P400.00) Pesos to the Department of Agrarian Reform,
Provincial Office Cashier.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening,
Bid Security, Performance Security pre-Bidding Conference Evaluation of
Bids, post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the
pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and
Regulation.

All interested bidders shall secure GEP Region VI Accreditation
or Certification of Good Standing aside from the Eligibility
requirements prescribed by the Department of Agrarian Reform.
The DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM reserves the right to reject
any or all bids or waive any defect or informality and accept bids as
maybe considered most advantageous to the government.
